Booking payment: Upon arrival at the Hotel
Late check-outs: The late check-out service is subject to availability, must be consulted in advance at reception and may have an additional cost.
Registration: Documentation requirement upon check-in:
Adults
Identification card, passport, immigration card or card from Andean countries or Mercosur, country entry permit.
Minors
For the admission of minors, documents from the minor and notarized written permission from the parents are required.
Cancellations / Advance payment
Cancellation and prepayment policies may vary depending on room type. Enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of the selected room.
Smoking: In compliance with current law, smokers are not allowed in the hotel spaces.
Children and extra bed policy: Children under 12 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds. Does not include tax or breakfast. From 12 years old there is an accommodation charge
Pets: Not allowed.
